Another Typhoon Hits Philippines
After Ondoy and Pepeng, now it's Ramil. It's almost every week that Philippines hits by a storm. The problem in Manila has not yet been resolved. Some classes are still cut-off for the using of the classromms as evacuation. The government is busy preparing for the new typhoon. Giving donations are still on going.
