Yesterday me and my friend Jan roaming around
SM City Cebu for dual purposes: business and laugh trip. After meeting two people for their mugs and tumblers it was time for us for a laugh trip. We just took off from our work and had fun together.
I am really happy to see
Tibiao Fish Spa at SM City Cebu. I've been searching for them where in
Cebu they're located right now for I have a plan to try. I haven't tried it though because I want to treat my boyfriend for this or may be my mother.

Tibiao Fish Spa is located on the 3rd Level beside Bo's Coffee. You will enjoy this at P150 for 30 minutes. If you are in a group of four, you will have a discount for 20% and/or with a child less than one meter (please correct me for the latter if wrong).

They also have a branch in Parkmall, Their first branch in cebu. But i don't know where it is located.
